GRIPPING SYSTEM

Machine suitable for the depalletizing of bottles, glasses, jars, and tins with transfer of one layer at a time through gripping (NECK HANDLING), a system enabling inserting both flat pads and trays between the layers. 

Machine with manual or semiautomatic controls suitable for bottling lines with production capacities up to 150 containers/minute.

The machine was designed to enable a single operator to feed the line with simple operations, so eliminating al physical efforts. 

The movements are mechanical motorized controlled through variable speed drive inverter for precise and soft starts and stops. 

The sturdy framework is open on 3 sides to allow easy access to the operator for rapid adjustment at the format change, without the use of wrenches through suitable spacing templates. The gripping head features inflatable profiles or other gripping systems (hooks, magnetic heads, pincers …).

GRIPPING SYSTEM

Machine suitable for the depalletizing of bottles, glasses, jars, and tins with transfer of a layer at a time through gripping (NECK HANDLING), a system enabling to insert both flat pads and trays between the layers. This machine, with semiautomatic controls or, with the necessary accessories, completely automated, is a model suitable for bottling lines with capacity up to 200 containers/minute. 

All movements are mechanical, motorized, and controlled through variable speed drive inverters for precise and soft starts and stops. Machine equipped with independent perimetric centring device controlling the pallet permanently, without releasing it, till exhaustion. The centring template provides to align the rows of bottles before the descent of the gripping head and to wrap the pallet so preventing the accidental fall of the bottles. 

The presence of the operator is required only for the functions of positioning and removal of the pallets, removal of the top frames and the pads between the layers, while the pick up of the layers, their transfer to the discharge storage unit and lay down are performed automatically with the impulse given through a button, leaving the operator the time to perform other tasks. The sturdy framework, open on 3 sides to allow easy access to the operator, is equipped with rapid format change adjustment devices without the use of wrenches, through suitable spacing templates. The control keyboard is equipped with man/machine interface Touch Screen display indicating any anomalies, format change adjustment and production data. The positioning of the pallets can be both motorized and manual through pallet guides on the floor. The gripping head is equipped with inflatable profiles, or other gripping devices (hooks, magnetic head pincers…).

The machine is completely automated and is a model suitable for bottling lines with productive capacity up to 400 containers/minute.

All movements are mechanical motorized controlled through variable speed drive inverter for precise and soft starts and stops. Machine equipped with independent perimetric centring device controlling the pallet permanently, without releasing it, till exhaustion. The centring frame provides to align the rows of bottles before the descent of the gripping head and the wrap the pallet so preventing the accidental fall of the bottles.

The presence of the operator is required only for the functions of removal of protection wrapping in the pallet unwrapping station. Equipped with an automated, independent and rotary pad and top frame removing device with two separate magazines for the removal in automatic mode and both the top frames from the top of the pallets and the pads between the layers. The linear movements are controlled through motor reducers with variable speed drive inverters while the positioning of the axes is controlled through an encoder. Besides the standard head with simplified adjustment through templates without the use of wrenches, a self-adjusting head with inflatable profiles positioning themselves automatically according to the product being processed.

The control keyboard features a Touch screen display for the man-machine interface indicating any anomaly, format change adjustment, and production data. The gripping head is equipped with inflatable profiles or other gripping devices (hooks, magnetic head pincers…).

TATO SWEEP 20

PUSH SYSTEM

Depalletizer with layer push system, for the processing of bottles, glass jars, tin-plated aluminium cans of cylindrical or rectangular shape. The characteristic of the pallet to be depalletized is to have plastic or rigid cardboard pads.

The machine, with semiautomatic control, or fully automated with the necessary accessories, is a model suitable for bottling lines with production capacities up to 250 containers/minute. Machine suitable in case of frequent format changes since it does not need any additional equipments and the height parameters of the product are input through a touch screen display.

The working system is with stationary pallet with a self-levelling depalletizing unit, solid support framework with two columns with counterweights. The presence of the operator is requested only for the functions of positioning and removal of the pallets, removal of the top frames and the pads between the layers, while the pick up of the layers, theirs transfer towards to the evacuation storage unit the laying down on it are performed automatically through impulses given with a button, leaving the operator the time to perform other tasks.

All movements are mechanical, motorized, and controlled through inverter for precise and soft starts and stops.

SWIPPER LOW 20

Depalletizer with layer push system, for the processing of bottles, glass jars, tin-plated aluminium cans of cylindrical or rectangular shape. The characteristic of the pallet to be depalletized is to have plastic or rigid cardboard layer pads. The machine is fully automated and is a model suitable for bottling lines with production capacities up to 500 containers/minute. 

Machine suitable in case of frequent format changes since it does not need any additional equipments and the height parameters of the product are input through its Touch screen display. Machine equipped with independent perimetric centring device controlling the pallet permanently, without releasing it, till exhaustion. The centring system provides to align the rows of the bottles before the gripper head arrives and to wrap the pallet preventing the accidental fall of the bottles.

Equipped with an independent and rotating automated pad and top frame remover, with two separate magazines for the removal in automatic mode of both the top frames from the top of the pallets and the layer pads. The presence of the operator is required only for the removal of the protection wrap in the pallet unwrapping unit.
