With the use of the most recent technologies we realize transports with stainless steel frameworks and bottle guide rails using materials with low friction coefficient.
The management of the Logic of the line through various control devices, such as the sensors detecting the presence of the bottle, optimized the flow of the bottles so obtaining a perfect feed to the machines and avoiding a harmful push.
DIVIDERS
We manufacture devices for bottle unscrambling dividing them from 1 to 2 rows to feed the gripping head with the exact number of bottles to the seized so eliminating harmful pushes.
We produce two types of dividers: with mechanical drive after blocking the bottle and with dynamic system guiding the bottle.
