The working cycle is fully automatic: the operator starts the process via a start button and is only responsible for managing pallet infeed and outfeed.

The system is based on a 4-axis anthropomorphic robot and an advanced gripper head equipped with pneumatic centering, height compensation, and safety sensors for collision control.

Customizable gripper heads with vacuum or clamp technology ensure maximum flexibility in palletizing applications.

 

Carton handling is carried out via an integrated motorized conveyor, while finished pallets are automatically discharged to subsequent end-of-line stages.

Machine designed for layer palletizing of cartons or cases, with or without interlayer stacking, operating from the bottom.

The horizontal and vertical movements of the gripping head are managed by Brushless motors with variable and progressive speed. A pusher, mounted on a double-column structure and controlled by an inverter with variable and progressive speed, transfers the pre-formed rows onto an intermediate level and, only once the layer is fully formed, moves it to the palletizing head.

Model suitable for production lines with a capacity of up to 3,000 cartons per hour.

The MasFlow module for continuous layer preparation enables high efficiency in managing complex palletizing patterns. MasFlow arranges and organizes product layers before transfer, optimizing flow and reducing format changeover times.

The machine is controlled via a touchscreen interface with MAS PACK software for creating and managing palletizing programs directly from the operator panel, ensuring simple and fast format changeover.
